Glome Wiki: A Previously Unreported Caching Venue for a Known OpenAI Agent Swarm

After having the realization that there were likely other unidentified instances of internal lab agent swarm activity, I decided to look for some myself. While I did not find a novel swarm, I found novel activity from a known swarm on a section of a website that said swarm was previously detected on using consumer AI tools (primarily ChatGPT Codex) to conduct my investigation. This paper details my findings and methods.
